Not medical advice. Caveman is a habit app. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it cannot measure your testosterone. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, changing any medication, or if you think your levels are low. Never stop a prescribed medicine because of something you read in the app.
1. The agreement
By using the Caveman app you agree to these terms. "We" means the developer of Caveman, the seller named on the app's App Store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older.
3. What the app is
Caveman gives you a 12-week program of habits, a daily check-in, reference pages that summarise published research, and a place to record your own lab results. The evidence badges (PROVEN, PLAUSIBLE, INDIRECT, BRO SCIENCE, BUSTED, DEBATED) are our editorial reading of that research. They can be wrong, and research changes. The habit score measures what you log, nothing else.
4. Your health is your responsibility
Training, diet changes, cold exposure, sauna, fasting and supplements carry risk. You decide what you do. If you have a medical condition, take medication, or are unsure, ask your doctor first. If you feel unwell, stop and get help.
5. Plans, trials and payment
- Paid plans are sold through Apple's App Store: an annual subscription with a 7-day free trial, a monthly subscription, and a one-time 12-week Season Pass. Season 2 plans are offered at the end of the season. Current prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The Season Pass is one payment and does not renew.
- If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. The app reminds you two days before.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- If a plan ends, you keep your history, the morning check-in, export and delete.
- During the private beta, purchases are simulated and nothing is charged.
6. Your data
Your data stays on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device and its backups. If you delete your data or lose your phone without a backup, we cannot restore it.
7. Acceptable use
The app and its content are licensed to you for personal use. Do not copy, resell or republish the content, and do not try to break or reverse engineer the app. Ranks, streaks and share cards are earned by using the app and cannot be bought or transferred.
8. Product links
Pages may link to third-party products. We do not make or sell them and are not responsible for them. A link may be an affiliate link.
9. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
10. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is material, the app tells you. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply.
